If you graduated from Zeeland East or Zeeland West High School prior to 2011, you must fill out the “Transcript Request Form” to request that an official transcript be sent. Each transcript request will cost $5.00. This form must be mailed or dropped off with payment to the counseling office at the high school you graduated from. For questions regarding Zeeland West transcripts, contact our registrar, Donna Lyles at email@example.com. For questions regarding Zeeland East transcripts, contact our registrar Mary Beth Timmer at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once a request is received, transcripts will be sent within 5 business days (during the summer, transcripts will be sent within 10 business days).

2011 graduates and beyond must use the electronic transcript service Parchment to send transcripts. Transcript delivery through Parchment is free for all active high school students. There is a fee for graduates. Please click the appropriate button below. To order a transcript you must have created an account.
Students completing the Common App do NOT need to request their transcript through Parchment. Your counselor will upload the transcript directly to the Common Application website.
